Manager, Enterprise Network team responsible for all network corporate wide, including 14 campus sites, 144 remotes field sites across 4 major business units.

• Provided input to leadership on budgets, projects, operational trends, and concerns.
  
  
• Responsible for the operational support, high availability, and stability of four data centers, twelve Campus sites and 145 remote field offices on a 24/7/365 of all network infrastructure.
  
  
• Managed a split staff of seven network engineers, reintegrated the team into one cohesive unit providing training to expand the skillset of the engineers and to provide depth and breadth of technology support.
  
  
• Delivered budget management of all network services providers encompassing procurement and maintenance renewals of all network hardware.
  
  
• Built a peer review process ‘NSPR’ within the network team and collaborating with leadership to expand this to an infrastructure process ‘ILPR’ to encompass all new technology proposals to ensure proper engagement.
  
  
• Drove all project engagements that involved the network space, assign and manage engineer engagements to ensure workload distribution.
